ITBELCOM U.E. (the former FLORINwest Ltd.) was founded in 1996. Its founder and CEO -- Zinoviy M. Shabes -- has an extensive experience in the field of system integration and software development.

Initially the company specialized in software development for various enterprises, organizations and also in distribution of the products of such well-known companies as Informix, Oracle, SCO and some others. Since 2000 the company has also been rendering IT outsourcing services, mainly to foreign companies.
